Attorney Jodie Anne Phillips Polich has represented the interests of injured people since she first started practicing law. She began her career at Pozzi Wilson Atchison where she was involved with breast implant litigation, asbestos litigation and workers' compensation law. She discovered that her passion was assisting injured people through the maze of Oregon workers' compensation laws. In 1999 Attorney Jodie Anne Phillips Polich was appointed by Governor Kitzhaber to serve a 4-year term on the Workers' Compensation Board representing the interests of injured people as a Workers' Compensation Board Member. After fulfilling her commitment as a Workers' Compensation Board Member, Jodie Anne Phillips Polich returned to private practice in 2003. She retains active membership status with Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, Multnomah Bar Association and Oregon Women Lawyers.
